Who We Are

Freedom Baptist Church is more than just a building, we are an exciting church with a love for people that stems from our love for God. It is our goal that no place in the world has a more inviting welcome. If you are looking for a relevant message from a timeless Book, then you are in the right place. At Freedom Baptist Church, we have clear Bible preaching, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a vision for the future, and a passion for knowing Jesus Christ.

Many people from the area already call Freedom Baptist their home. We hope that you will join us on Sunday and find it to be a place that you can call home as well.

What to Expect

Expect a Warm Welcome

We love having guests at Freedom Baptist Church! From the moment you walk through the door, our church family will make you feel right at home.

Expect a Helpful Message

We believe that God’s Word should be at the center of all that we do. The preaching will be straightforward, aimed at the heart, and Bible-filled; you can be confident that you will leave with something to help you and implement in your life.

Expect an Invitation to Return

This may be your first time coming to Freedom Baptist Church, but we certainly hope that it won’t be your last. Don’t be surprised if someone extends an invitation for you to come again or to attend another meeting, you are welcome to join us anytime we gather.

What Kind of Church is Freedom?

We are an independent Baptist church in doctrine and practice, which means that we identify with the basic doctrines for which Baptists have traditionally stood. We are unapologetically old-fashioned in our worship and preaching, while striving to make the spirit-filled atmosphere accessible and meaningful to past, present, and future generations of believers.

What are the Services Like?

It depends on where you are coming from! If you are used to a formal, ritualistic service then you will think our worship is loud and lively. If you are used to a contemporary, modern style of church then you will find us cold and formal.

Our music is traditional and conservative, we like singing the old hymns full of doctrine right out of the hymn books. In most services, our choir and a special soloist or group will provide special music.

The main focus of each service is the preaching of the Word of God. Our pastor or a guest preacher will give a relevant Bible message that addresses the problems of life. We believe that the Bible has the answer to every question or problem and the power to comfort, correct, or instruct every need.

What Should I Wear?

There is not a dress code at Freedom Baptist Church for our guests. We do believe that church is important enough to wear your best, so our ministry leaders and many of our church family will be dressed in traditional “Sunday” dress.

Am I Expected to Participate in the Offering?

No. You are welcome to participate if you would like to, but we do not invite you to church for your offering. We simply want to be a blessing to you and hope you will find Freedom Baptist Church to be a place that you can call home and a place where you can develop a personal walk with Jesus Christ.
